This Publishing Agreement is used by a publishing company to set out a publishing agreement with a company and acquire the copyrights to products by a writersetting forth the terms of the publisher's rights to exploit the acquired work and the splitting the income derived from the "publishers" income 50/50 and providing for the company to retain 100% of the income derived from their "income".
