How do I shop the IndustryContracts.com website?
We have worked hard to make the shopping experience at IndustryContracts.com as simple as possible. You can browse our stores selections by Category. All forms ship in Microsoft Word, Plain Text format, unless otherwise specified.
When you Browse by Category-
Click the desired product appropriate section on the home shopping cart page. This will take you to a page with images of the items we offer by that option. On some products, to find out more about that particular item, click the items information button to the right of it. This loads an "item information" page allowing you to see a larger explanation of the item and any available options.
What is the "shopping cart"? Please explain how does it work?
The shopping cart is a software program integrated into our store which "holds" everything that you have chosen to order until you are ready to check-out. It calculates your orders total, applies any applicable discounts, and figures your shipping cost. It also collects your "bill to" and "ship to" addresses and accepts your credit card information if you choose to pay with one. Finally, the shopping cart assigns to your order a unique number when you complete the shopping process.
To add an item to your cart, click any item image to load the Item Information page. On this page choose the format, size, color, etc. and finally click the "In Cart" button. From your cart contents you can specify the desired quantity.
To view the items in your shopping cart, click the "Cart Contents" link (found on every page).
Once I place items in my shopping cart, can I make changes?
Absolutely! You have the ability to change an items quantity or remove an item altogether.
To change a quantity, access your shopping cart contents and change the number to the desired amount you wish to purchase. Afterwards click the "Update" button.
To remove an item altogether, check the "Remove" box next to the item in your shopping cart contents. Afterwards click the "Update" button.
If you want to change a particular items attributes (size, color etc.), you will need to remove the item from the cart and go back to the brand or Item page where that item appears and re-add the item with the new attributes.
What are my payment options
You must be at least 18 years old to order. You may pay for your order one of two ways:
Credit Cards
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For the fastest processing, enter your card information at the secure PayPal form . PayPal lets any business or consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. PayPal accounts are free, and they give you $5.00 just for signing up. Click here to setup a free PayPal account.
Money Orders & Checks
Not much to say here. If you pay by Money Order then your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the payment.
We reserve the right to NOT process your order until your check clears or a 10day hold is complete.
Overpayment for your order will result in your receiving a "Store Credit" rather than a refund.
Rawls Enterprises reserves the right to alter its payment policy at any time, without advanced notice.
What if an item that I ordered is out-of-stock?
Do not worry....we are never out of stock! (smile)
What are my shipping options?
Depending on where your order is being shipped (within the US), IndustryContracts.com offers several shipping method options.
Shipment through the United States Postal Service
We use the standard US Post Office to do our shipping. In the past we tried the big name carriers, but they too often delivered our packages late and to the wrong addresses. We have come to trust the US Post Office who delivers everybodys regular mail & bills on time with no problems. We use their Media Mail service for delivering all our orders.
WE DO NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT SERVICE. It is not available even if you are willing to pay an extra fee.
Shipment to destinations within the U.S.-
For orders being shipped within the U.S. (including Hawaii and Alaska), Shipping is Media Mail mail service through the United States Post Office (as fast as 2 days up to 10 days delivery)¹.
Shipment to destinations outside the U.S.-
Currently, we do not ship outside the continental United States. All orders processed must be from a domestic location.
How soon after I place my order will it ship?
If you choose "INSTANT DOWNLOAD!" and you pay by Credit Card or PayPal, then your Contracts are delivered Instantly through Internet download. After checking out you will be given a Green "DOWNLOAD" button on the right hand side of your screen that will take you to your personalized download page where you can download your .zip'd contracts one by one. If you purchase a "Lawyer On A Disc" you will be able to download all contracts in one compact file. If you pay by Check or Money Order, your "DOWNLOAD" button will appear in your account after payment clears.
If you wish to have a CDROM sent to you via USPS Media Mail, be sure to include the processing of your order in addition to shipping time. Generally, for regular shipping on CDROM Contract Packages, we will ship your order within 12-24 hours of receipt, assuming that you have accurately filled out the order form, and there are no billing problems with the payment method selected.
If I choose Media Mail, how much will it cost to ship my order?
A special offer we extend to those who wish to purchase more than one item at a time, is we do not charge you for shipping more than one package on multiple orders². All mail prices are listed as a FLAT RATE charge regardless of how many contracts you purchase. So, basically if you purchase 1 Contract, 5 Contracts or 20 Contracts, your order will only have one shipping charge for that order to be sent almost anywhere in the Continental United States. Or for example, if you purchase 1 Lawyer On A Disc and 3 Contracts, your shipping will be

Other item shipping costs may vary, depending on the item.
¹ Because postal operations are not in our control, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Shipping is determined by receipt of payment and media completion. Be sure to include the processing of your order in addition to shipping time.
² On multiple contract orders your forms may be combined on one CDROM to save time, postage, and space.
Can I return an item purchased at IndustryContracts.com?
Yes - For defective items, our products carry a 7 day warranty. Just contact us, as we will handle the replacement for you. Defective CDROMs will be exchanged for the exact same item.
Please note that all sales ARE FINAL for INSTANT DOWNLOAD and CDROMs. These item sales are FINAL due to the nature of pirating and unauthorized illegal copying. There is no -cooling off- periods or periods of evaluation. There are no computer malfunction refunds. Basically, if you buy from us, there is no refunds under any circumstances. So please decide wisely.
Store credits are not refundable
If CDROMS do not play on your computer, or you do not have the correct software to view the forms file, there are still no refunds. They will play in almost all computer CD drives, especially anything made after the year 1997.
