License: Subject to the prompt payment of the license fees above specified and the due performance by the Licensee of all its obligations hereunder, the Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee, and the Licensee hereby accepts, a limited license to exhibit and broadcast over the facilities of the television station specified in the foregoing Summary the motion picture or the motion pictures therein specified (herein called the Pictures), and to reproduce recorded sound in connection therewith, for the period of time and the maximum number of runs therein specified, and for no other use or purpose.
