| This Lease is between the Lessor and the Lessee for a product (car, boat, motorcycle, and the like) (make, model, and manufacturerís number can be listed in this agreement. The agreement also states that the Lessee accepts the Property in its present condition, and during the term of this lease and until return and delivery of the property. The Lessee has to keep the property in its present condition, and reasonable wear and tear are not included in the present condition stipulation. |
