Excerpt:

Distributor shall have the right to inspect and examine all Delivery Items, documentation and publicity and advertising materials tendered as Delivery hereunder and shall advise Producer within 10 business days after Delivery if and wherein the same is not complete, whereupon Producer shall promptly deliver to Distributor the items of which it failed to make Delivery of in the first instance. Acceptance by Distributor of less than all the items required for Delivery and/or release of the Motion Picture prior to Delivery of all items required shall in no event be construed to be a waiver by Distributor of Producer's obligation to deliver any item not delivered.
