| Even Radio/Television commercials have to have a contract. If you created a commercial for someone, make them sign this contract before you give it to them. It explains everything you get for it, percentages, and credits. And if you are going to air the commercial for them, make sure you explain to them everything they owe you and what you are providing for them. |
